Otome games: Kiniro no Corda 3 ( 金色のコルダ 3)

Ok...last post of the day..... These day, I don't know why I into Otome Games. At first..is to improve my Japanese Language.... but now.... hehehe.... I just finish playing Miss Princess: Miss Puri, on my nds, the game is not bad, and this game...I can learn my kanji =))..... Unlike most player, I only go one route ( one character).

My latest otome games would be  Kiniro no Corda 3 ( 金色のコルダ 3). I have played Kiniro no Corda 2 & 2f. This is a new setting which the Heroine Kohinata Kanade (小日向かなで) a violinist from a small town transfer to Seisou Gakuin. (星奏学院). I don't know if some people notice this, each character name consist of the days in Kanji in Japanese. Let me used the previous Kiniro no Corda character name.

Sunday: 日 (Hino Kahoko 日野 香穂子)

Monday: 月  (Tsukimori Len 月森 蓮)

Tuesday: 火  (Hihara Kazuki 火原 和樹)

Wednesday: 水 (Shimizu Keiichi 志水 桂一)

Thursday: 木  (Yunoki Azuma 柚木 梓馬)

Friday: 金  (Kanazawa Hiroto 金澤 紘人)

Saturday: 土 (Tsuchiura Ryōtarō 土浦 梁太郎)

While the previous Kiniro no Corda game focus on in-school music competition, Kiniro no Corda 3 is a chamber music competition where you compete with other school. As you know Kiniro no Corda main instrument is Violin, hence Seisou Gakuin chamber music group consist of Strings Chamber or String Quartet. ( 2 violins, 1 viola, 1 cello). Notable famous song of string quartet would be Eine Kleine Nachtmusik by Mozart. 

I just started to play the game, so I would update more and I would try to be spoiler free. Oh yeah, they have manga version of this game called Linden Hall No Aria. You can read the manga at this link.

iOS: Layton Brothers: Mystery Room

Another blog about iOS game. I really love Professor Layton series ( Puzzle IQ game), and I din't have the chance to play the latest Professor Layton Mask of Miracle because I don't own a 3DS. So when I heard about this game, I was so happy...but wait..... is in Japanese.......... and only available in Japan...... =((...but after digging here and there... I finally got the game.. 

Ok..first..due to my half plus six Japanese and..there is NO VOICE over...make me only understood half of the game. This game is really different from Professor Layton. Now you are playing as a detective ( Professor Layton son: Alfendi Layton) together with a new rookie Lucy Cleyera to investigate crime.

Up to date, there is 5 cases. Each case is a request from someone and ask you to investigate a murder case that has occur. First Layton will tell there is how many suspect ( Mostly 3 to 5) and give the detail of the suspect and their alibi, then you need to head over to the crime scene and collect all the relevant evidence and there a time limit of 5 minutes. You can move around and then touch to collect the evidence and it will give you detail.  You also can zoom..in and out..





After all that, you need to guess who is the Killer.......after guessing Layton will give the probability.. and he need 100% and order to do this... Layton will call the suspect and it's time to interrogate. In the game you also need to find where is the murder weapon, which evidence, and once you click the wrong one, you have to search again...... and Layton will also ask you question with choice of answer. 

Overall.. I enjoy this detective game..and I wish they would localise this game..... 

iOS Game: Symphonica by Square Enix

As I said..I love classical music... and this game there is Classical Music involve... and is by Square Enix... so is hard to miss .. not only that...the artwork and design is so beautiful.... Symphonica is a rhythm game.... and is free to download....BUT...... only for the first three chapter.. and here is the Price Tag:

There is 20 full performance (Concert mode) and rehearsal pieces (short extract). Currently I only have unlocked 16 songs and I will update the song list. Hmph..and why my favourite Tchaikovsky "Violin Concerto in D major, Op.35" is a rehearsal pieces.....
